The Assumption Church

Senior Citizens Organization

This organization began in the 1960s by a group of men and women who gathered monthly for fellowship. It evolved around the love, compassion, respect, and stewardship for the Assumption Church. Our Senior Citizens group has expanded to include monthly luncheons, exercise classes that meet twice weekly, and presentations that promote improving lifestyles and maintaining good health. Our seniors also play an active role in hosting the Assumption Cultural Center’s annual Senior Expo every fall.
